What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Direct Deposit. We do not except Dinners Club or echeques.
How do I return / exchange an item?
Shipping fees will be credited for manufactures faults only. Item must be in new, un-worn & un-used condition. Goods that have been worn, used, soiled in anyway will not be exchanged.
We will not credit or replace items if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
We only replace or credit an item if there is manufactures fault.
Belle Creations Wholesale Orders at its discretion, will perform one of the following actions when an item is returned:
1. Issue a refund for the value of the purchase price of the item.
2. Issue a credit note for the value of the purchase price of the item.
3. Repair and return the item.
4. Replace the item and return the replacement (replacement is subject to item availability).
Execution of one of the above wholesale sales actions is subject to the following conditions:
1. The item was purchased from Belle Creations either directly or from one of its authorized Sales Agents;
2. and, the item has been returned and received by Belle Creations within the following time frames:
a. 14 days of the date of the Belle Creations' Invoice that the item belongs to; or
b. 30 days of the date of sale to a third-party where the date of sale is within 6 months of the date of the Belle Creations' Invoice that the item belongs to. A sales receipt identifying the item and date of sale must accompany the return;
and, the item is considered by Belle Creations to be defective, that is caused by defective manufacturing workmanship and/or defective materials that constitute the item.

If you are unsure if we will replace an item please contact us before sending. Goods are inspected before packaging to ensure they are in excellent condition. Order quantities and colours are checked packed and sent.
Is my personal information kept private?
Yes. We do not share, sell or distribute customer information. We use SecurePay with Level 1 Service Provider PCI DSS Compliance who provide the most secure payment platform available in today’s market for online payments.
Do I need to open an account to make a purchase?

I want to make a purchase but don't have a credit card
PayPal is a safe, quick & easy online payment method that does not require a credit card or contact us by email or phone during business hours.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes. We use SecurePay with Level 1 Service Provider PCI DSS Compliance who provide the most secure payment platform available in today’s market for online payments.
Should you still be wary about submitting credit card information via the internet, please consider the PayPal service.
Can I order by telephone?
Yes. If you would rather place your order via telephone, you can contact our office on 03 9769 4293 between 9.00am and 5.30pm AEST Monday to Friday.
Are there any additional charges, duties or taxes?
Not within Australia. If you are ordering from outside Australia there may be taxes levied on your order, consistent with that country's tax structure, however all Australian sales taxes will be removed.

Do you ship internationally?
New Zealand orders please contact us and we put you in contact with Belle Creations New Zealand Distributor who has many agents in a variety of areas and will help you.
Items are shipped by Air. We will contact you with an estimated delivery date for international orders.
All prices on the Belle Creations Website are in Australian Dollars and include Australian 10% GST. International orders are exempt from GST and will be removed from prices.
Are your wallets and clutch bags all made of leather?
Nearly all wallets and clutch bags are made of quality leather. PU wallets, clutch bags and a large range of PU bags are also available.
What are the delivery costs and how long does it take?
After registering and receiving confirmation by email please place your order on the website and click on account and we will organise the best freight price and email you an invoice for payment. Once payment is received the order will be sent to you.
Items are shipped by Air. We will email you an estimated delivery date for international orders.
